THON HOTEL VETTRE in Asker wanted to create a new atmosphere in the dining room, aimed to offer a large and varied buffet breakfast and to provide a high level gastronomic proposal that could work with the hotel activity but also independently as a restaurant. The customer aimed to marry food and entertainment. They called it “foodtainment”. The result was a stunning open kitchen with a long and curved pass in black Silestone with refrigerated areas, with Cooktek elements, with glass shelves and with removable wood fronts. Inside the kitchen, a cooker combining an open charcoal grill and a set of inductions. ASK, the name of the restaurant, is now a gastronomic reference in the area and provides the world’s best lunch for their conference guests.
