Björn Svensson and Erik Pedersen imagined an original complement to the existing EAT THAI at the food court of STEEN & STROM department store. STUFFED needed to bring freshness and authenticity and become an attraction spot. We proposed a layout that was a natural extension of EAT THAI from a visual point of view but with its own personality. With a rôtissoire as the central element of the gastronomic concept, the long front bench and pass provides a very open kitchen that also includes a module of 4 inductions, a bratt pan, a deep fryer, a convection oven and a salamander.
