We were installing APENT BAKERI project at PALEET in Oslo when Lars Erik Undrum came to see how we work. He knew plenty of our previous works but watching us working solved any doubt he could have. At SMAKFULLE ROM the kitchen was big and we could propose all the zones: cooking area, cold course area, pastry area, a refrigerated island to help the cold course area, preparations area, waiters’ office and dishwashing area. Lars Erik had a very clear idea of what he wanted and discussed a lot with the chefs at STRAND to understand better all the details of our benches, its finish and its robustness. Now he is delighted of running a very powerful installation he can use for fine dining, for banquets and for cooking lessons. Thanks again for your trust Lars Erik!!
