Probably this is one of the fastest projects we have ever done. Everything started with a phone call from Jørn Hoel, the famous Norwegian singer. Eleven weeks later we were in Tromsø installing a kitchen and a shop under the snow. MATHALLEN is an original concept made up by the chef Gunnar Jensen. On one side, you have the restaurant with its compact and functional kitchen. On the other side, you have a shop with fresh fish, the best meat and plenty of different fine products. Thanks to a talented interior designer, Mads Emil Garde, the kitchen is integrated in a modern way to the restaurant.
