We feel deeply proud of having delivered the buffet area for the emblematic HOTEL BRISTOL in Oslo. With 2 refrigerated areas for salads and sandwiches and one for cakes, 1 freezing area for ice creams, 1 neutral area for dry pastry and 1 heating area for hot courses, this long buffet area provides all the functionalities the chef Johan Laursen and his team need.
