Project details

At restaurant FAGN we proposed a very efficient open kitchen with an island for the “passe” perpendicular to the cooker island. The layout was completed with a cold course area on the left side of the “passe” and a washing area on the right side of the “passe”. The chef Jonas Andre Nåvik and his team work so close to the customers that they can enjoy the activity in the kitchen at the same time they taste the finesse of their delicate courses.
